The staff were the highlight, so kind and helpful throughout my five-day stay. The hotel itself was modern and clean, and I really enjoyed being here. Breakfast and dinner were excellent, as was the wine selection. I look forward to staying again.

The rooms are clean, though they have a slightly old-fashioned look. Staff are nice, and the artificial public bath, open until 23.30, was really enjoyable. It's a good option for a business trip, but breakfast and dinner could be better.

After exploring places like futaba and namie, which were badly affected by 3/11, staying here was a wonderful experience. The staff were super friendly and accommodating with my two young kids, aged 3 and 7. The food was great, and I loved the sauna. The carbonated hot spring was one of my best onsen experiences in Japan. They had Netflix, which really helped keep the kids entertained. I'd definitely recommend spending a night here when visiting this historical place.

The people here are really nice. The air in the room felt a little stale, and the bathrooms are odd.

A clean, comfortable hotel with a roomy, modern room and good value for the money. I'd stay here again.
