The carpet looked a little worn and dirty, as it often does in Japanese hotels. Everything else was pleasant: the staff were very friendly at check-in, breakfast was delicious, and the views from the higher floors were great. The location is excellent too.

The staff were courteous and very professional, and the service was perfect. The room was immaculately clean, though our double room was really small and had just one chair. Apart from that little inconvenience, it was a perfect stay.

This was our family's second stay here, with all five of us. The rooms were spacious and very clean, the beds comfortable, and the bathrooms and showers pristine. Everyone on staff was VERY polite and helpful. Being inside Toyohashi station also made it easy to walk to downtown, where there are plenty of convenience stores, restaurants, and ATMs.

We had a great stay. The rooms were nice, if small, and soundproofing was a slight issue. Getting around was easy, with taxis, the train station, a convenience store in the hotel and two more nearby, plus a couple of nice restaurants. Drivers will find two parking spots close to the hotel.

The view was pretty good, and the hotel is handy for both the mall and the Shinkanshen, though I couldn't find many things to buy at the mall. It's a very good, convenient place to stay. If I come to this city again, I'll stay here.
