I came away more impressed than I expected. It’s a very affordable base for visiting the nearby onsen town, with the station close by and shops nearby too. The hotel itself is on a quiet road. My room was clean and comfortable, the amenities were excellent, and the staff were friendly and really helpful. They even offered a welcome drink when I checked in. I’d definitely recommend it if you’re in the area.

The hotel is on a quiet street, within walking distance of the train. Rooms are kept very clean, and the front desk staff are friendly and always willing to help. They provide welcome drinks, and breakfast was delicious.

A great base for visiting Toyooka itself, kinosaki onsen, and the other sights in the San'in Kaigan Geopark. When my partner had a medical emergency, the staff went above and beyond to help us.

We got good value for the money, and the service was great from both the front desk personnel and the restaurant staff.

This was my second visit, once with a friend and once with family, and I had no complaints either time. The rooms are standard, but clean and well priced. It’s close to the JR station for Toyooka, and the desk service was excellent. The free welcome drink was especially refreshing on a hot day.
