The owner's response was extremely rude. I had booked a stay over Obon, then got a sudden call a week beforehand asking me to cancel because of a mistake by the facility. I didn't understand what was going on and called them, but no one answered. They did send text messages, but the phone number they provided belonged to a completely different facility. I asked them to confirm the number, but got no reply. They just kept telling me to cancel and promising a refund. It's a shame to lose customers this way. I only wanted them to respond honestly.

I stayed in summer. There was no air conditioning, but the altitude kept things cool. It's a quiet place to unwind, though some parts feel a little old.
