The room itself is great, and I've stayed here lots of times, but the staff left me disappointed. That was enough for one star from me 😆 It's apparently been a year since my last visit, so my membership card had been invalidated. I'd ordered the members-only meal, and they told me about the card over the phone. The lady spoke so harshly that I couldn't understand why she'd talk to someone that way after being alive so long 😢. She sounded like someone taking out her frustration with life on me. I ended up thinking, “Ahhh, she must be having a hard time herself.” The members-only discount was great, though! 😆😆😆✌️✌️ I'll have to check it out 🥺🥺. I usually feel that people who speak forcefully are efficient and good at their jobs, but that lady seemed unable to do anything.

They let you pick shampoo and other toiletries, but the options are always out of stock, like they don't keep them on hand. I used to come often because the service was great and there were lots of amenities. That's changed, and I won't return, even though I have points saved up to exchange for another product. Makes me wonder if they're going out of business.

I got Room 306 for 7,700 yen with the Happy Hotel discount. The room was a good size, the facilities were excellent, and the bathroom TV made the bath really comfortable. I'll pick this room again next time. I'm still wondering whether using the discount means I can't get my member benefits.

I don't smoke, and the cigarette odor bothered me. The network setup seemed very good, though. You can use Miracast with the TV, and watch Amazon Prime Video and Netflix through the Blu-ray player.
