I'm so happy my company chose this hotel. Everything felt peaceful and just right, with all the things I needed and even more than expected. The staff were so kindhearted 💙🔋💎. Thank you for all the comfort and kindness. Many blessings to your hotel and wonderful Tsuruoka 🕊️

The staff are very friendly and willing to help, so you can always ask them for anything. Service was good, though it was all in Japanese. I had a relaxing bath, and even though I'd forgotten a lot of my bath items, they had me covered. My room was bigger than in an average Japanese hotel. It had a small TV, a kettle for the complimentary teas, and an analyst fridge. There was no microwave in the room, but they asked if I wanted to use the one at the front desk.

A clean room with the basic facilities you need from a Japanese business hotel. Breakfast was good and reasonably priced.

It's a small hotel. Ask at the front desk for a router if you need Wi-Fi.
