Hilton Tokyo Bay

We were upgraded to a unique, spacious family suite with so many thoughtful touches: Japanese storybooks, witch-themed sponges and matching toothbrushes, and a physical key with a matching keyhole that made magical sounds. There was even a magical mirror with a fun child witch inside it. As a Lifetime Diamond member, I felt recognized and genuinely valued. The service was exceptional across the board, especially in the Executive Lounge. Housekeeping did a phenomenal job keeping everything immaculate and deserves an award. Thank you for a fantastic stay!

Our family of five had a great Disney Resort trip, and the hotel made things easy throughout. The location near the parks and access to the tram were amazing. Staff were incredible: the front desk was kind and ready to help, and housekeeping always greeted us with a smile and took care of what we needed. Room service was fast and good quality. The outdoor staff handled everything, even our bags and taxi, and wouldn’t let us carry or hail them ourselves. The restaurants downstairs served great food. They were a little pricey, but the convenience and quality were worth it. After checkout, I realized I’d left something in the room. I contacted lost and found online, and the staff replied quickly and sincerely, then helped ship it back to the United States. It’s my second time in Japan, and this hotel helped make it a great trip.

There’s a pedestrian entrance to Tokyo Disney across from the Hilton Tokyo Bay vehicle entrance, between the Grand Nikko and Fantasy Springs hotels. You can walk to the entrance, but taking the Disney Resort Line to either park is the easiest option. We spent three nights here to visit Tokyo Disney and DisneySea, one park each day. The Executive Lounge had a great range of food and drinks during breakfast and evening cocktails. Having a Lawson and Disney store on site made the stay easier.

For about $160 a night in January, this felt like great value for staying close to the parks without paying the high Disney hotel prices. We had a spacious park-view room and could see Disney Sea. It felt clean and modern, with lots of room for our things, though the beds weren’t as comfortable as some others. There was a water and ice station on the floor, and guests could use a microwave in the lobby. The lobby also has a Disney store, two lawsons, gacha and claw machines. We were at the far end of the hall, so it was a bit of a walk to the elevator. I’d ask for a room nearer one if possible. We were on the "Lawson side," farther from Toy Story. There’s a free shuttle to the monorail, but it’s also just a few minutes on foot across the street. You’ll notice you’re close to Fantasy Springs, and there is an entrance to the park from there, but it’s only for Toy Story and FS guests, so you’ll need the monorail. Staff were very helpful. They brought our luggage to and from the room after we shipped it from Kyoto, and helped us get it onto the Limo bus for our airport trip.
