A big thank you to Mr George Natoba for being so patient when I had a payment problem at the self-service kiosk. He guided me through it, paid close attention, and even offered us plastic bags without hesitation. His friendly, professional manner and excellent English made our stay more comfortable. He’s one of the best Japanese front desk staff we’ve met, warm, helpful, and clearly dedicated to guests. We really appreciated his hospitality. He’s a wonderful ambassador for the hotel!

The breakfast buffet was included and had a great range of choices, with something for everyone. The room was small but comfortable, very clean, and had a kettle for hot drinks. Free amenities were available too. There’s a mall with a food court, supermarket, and convenience store about a five-minute walk away. The train station is around 20 minutes on foot. The free shuttle to the Disney parks was fantastic. The return bus was too busy for me, so I took the train back instead. Staff were friendly and spoke good English, and reception is open 24 hours. This was a very happy stay, and I’d recommend it to friends. The hotel exceeded my expectations.

We had a wonderful stay, and the spacious room was just right for unwinding after our Disney days. The morning shuttle was great, breakfast was available, and there’s a mall within walking distance. The train is quick to get to, and Uber to Tokyo Station, our next stop, was very inexpensive. I’m hoping someone at the hotel sees this. We lost a gold and black memory card carrier, 3D printed and unique, with all of our Disney days on it. We only realized it was missing at the end of the trip. We were there April 22-25 in room 201. I can’t find an email contact, so please help if you can!

Good breakfast, clean rooms, and a handy base for Tokyo Disneyland or DisneySea.

Rooms are budget friendly, neat, and clean, though the bathroom is very small. Breakfast service is good, and there’s a free shuttle bus to Tokyo Disneyland.
