I'm her family, and since Google won't let her post another review, could you cancel her earlier booking for one night on Jan 23 for two people? Hello, my husband and I are hoping to book one night with two meals on January 23. Bookings.com seems to have stopped taking reservations. Is it possible to book by coming straight to the hotel, or is there another way to reserve a room?

The food was delicious, and the photos don't really show how much freshly prepared food you get. I chose the plan with breakfast and dinner. The building has a quaint feel, with roomy traditional tatami rooms, a table, several closets, and AC that came in handy in early July. The hosts were kind and helpful throughout. Getting there takes some planning: taxis are scarce, so you pretty much need the local bus from the stop on the far side of the lake, unless you're driving. There is plenty of parking if you have a car. From the property, Mt.Fuji looks amazing, Lake Hirano is a five-minute walk, and there’s a 7-ELEVEN nearby.

The lake photo spot is just a two-minute walk away, so we got up and headed over for sunrise pictures. This is a small bed-and-breakfast-style place run by lovely local women. The bathroom is shared, but very clean.
