There's lots of room outside for outdoor games, and the rooms feel cozy, with plenty of indoor games too. The family running the hotel were very loyal and welcoming. The toilets were incredibly clean for a log house or lodge, and the big hot bathtub can fit the whole family at once. Yamanaka. The owner is lovely and did her best to help us. The rooms, though, are old and gloomy, and there's no bathroom or toilet in the room. It's a decent place to stay for a night or two if you're on a budget and only need somewhere to crash in the area.

A large log cottage with an amazing living room and fully equipped facilities. There's a BBQ area in the front yard too. It works well for families, groups, couples, or even someone traveling alone.

The rooms are elegant and very clean. There's a shared onsen as well.
