We could see mt fuji from our room, and the glamping area and housing were clean and nice, with heaters. The shower area got cold at night in winter, but thick jackets were provided in the glamping area if you needed to go outside. Using the fireplace was easy, and we got a good night’s sleep. I’d recommend staying here after a day trip to see mt fuji!

It was a perfectly sunny day, and we got a magnificent view of Mt. Fuji. Our family of four also enjoyed a relaxed walk along the nearby lakeside, with shops close enough to make any last-minute shopping easy. At night we had drinks around a bonfire, used the private sauna, and cooled off in the cold bath. It was a really satisfying stay, and we’ll definitely use the facilities again.

I had a blessed trip here with my family. On arrival, everything at reception was handled by tablet, with no staff present. The accommodations were great and very comfortable, and the view of Mt fuji was wonderful, since it’s so close. It’s a peaceful, cozy place for families, and I highly recommend it. Thank you for the hospitality, Glamping Mt fuji resort.

My first glamping trip! The road outside the facility was so narrow it felt a bit scary, but the rooms were stylish and really clean. Check-in was easy, and it was kind of them to have the heat on before we arrived. There were lots of cooking utensils, though bringing your own seasonings is probably best. A supermarket nearby was handy. The sauna was clean, and the dome tents felt comfortable and stylish inside, nothing like being in a regular tent.

I had a really fun stay and would love to come back. Since the place was newly built and had few reviews or photos, I was a bit nervous, but it was clean when I arrived, which was a relief. Finding the hotel took some effort: the road turns onto a small path and continues a little way through residential houses, with no sign outside. It’s close to Lake Yamanaka, a supermarket, and Seria, so groceries were easy to get. The check-in video on YouTube didn’t show the final key step, so I struggled. Touch the white box above the keyhole to show a digital number, then enter it to get in. The facility was very clean, though being in the mountains means small insects are drawn to the lights. They provide stink bug spray in the rooms and hang insect repellent plates on the doors. The kitchen and dome tent sleeping room are separate, so you have to open a door to move between them. Since the only place to take off shoes on the tent side is outside, I had to hurry to remove them after opening the door and avoid letting bugs in. The tents also carry sound: I could hear people talking in the farther domes, even though they weren’t loud. There were plenty of extension cords in the dome, so charging was easy. The BBQ grill was impressive and cooked the food well, but the mesh was so wide that meat nearly fell through a few times, lol. There was a black sheet by the sink, and I wasn’t sure if we were meant to grill on it. Inside, there was a dining table and chairs where we could eat and watch TV. I wished there were a sofa for relaxing afterward. For a bonfire, they provided firewood, gloves, fire starters, a lighter, and outdoor camp chairs. I liked the routine of using the sauna, cooling off in a chair by the fire, then soaking in the open-air bath once I’d cooled down. I booked a Mt. Fuji view room, but the high fence blocked some of the view, which was disappointing. Still, opening the curtains in the morning to see beautiful Mt. Fuji made me really happy. Plates, cups, pots, pans, chopsticks, spoons, forks, knives, aluminum foil, plastic wrap, and kitchen paper were all supplied. The large fridge, microwave, and kettle were useful too. There was nowhere to leave washed dishes upside down to dry, which would have been handy. No condiments are provided, so bring your own if you plan to cook. The shampoo, conditioner, and body soap were POLA, and the hair dryer was SALONIA, which was great for women. There were plenty of loungewear, towels, and amenities.
