The Day Post General Glamping Village

This was a bad experience on our trip to Japan. The reception staff were impolite, and on a freezing winter night there wasn't any hot water to wash our hands. For a glamping stay, we were charged for all the basic facilities. The women's bathroom was out of order with no sign on it. We eventually found a notice by the men's bathroom, and shower time was very limited. If ratings below zero were possible, we'd give one.

The staff member who welcomed us was really friendly and explained everything well. It was my first glamping trip, and I loved the atmosphere and cozy room. The star-projector speaker made the room look even prettier. I only wish it were a little farther from the road. The scenery was lovely, with Mt Fuji visible from there and Lake Yamanakako nearby. I'd love to return someday.

A peaceful break from city life, and a good fit for a family or a romantic getaway. The rooms are beautiful and spacious enough for four, at a good price. Friendly staff and good service too. I'd definitely recommend it and come back.

The dome was stylish as well as comfortable, which made my stay memorable. The staff were warm and gracious, and I felt truly welcome and appreciated.
