The lake is only a short walk away, and the Mt. Fuji view is beautiful. We found the place peaceful and convenient, though it's a bit far from major attractions such as Fuji-Q. Reception wasn't always staffed, so we sometimes had to call the number provided. Our room was clean and spacious. The bathroom was small but spotless and well maintained, and the heating kept us comfortable in the cold. The staff were kind and helpful. Abdul, from Indonesia, especially went out of his way for us. He speaks very good Japanese and a decent amount of English, helped with everything we needed, and even arranged luggage delivery through 7-Eleven. My friend and I had a wonderful stay and would gladly return.

Waking up to Mount Fuji was awesome, and the private bath was a relaxing treat after we arrived late. It was great being able to book it late and enjoy it with your partner. Abdul, the young man working here, was incredibly welcoming and went out of his way to help us. Some parts of the building could use a refresh, but it didn't bother us. A good budget option in an otherwise pricey area.

The bathroom is small, but clean and no problem at all. I had a very comfortable one-night stay. There's an Indonesian staff member who serves you wholeheartedly if you meet him. I'll come back to see Abdul.

I'm from Brazil and stayed here for two days. The hotel has a staff member from Indonesia whose Japanese is very good, and he speaks a little English too. He helped me a lot. I hope the hotel keeps him.

The room is spacious, though the toilet is a little small. Abdul was really friendly and helpful, and I got a lot of assistance from him. I appreciate it 🙏
