The location is excellent for exploring Chinatown and Yokohama at different times of day. Metro access is also convenient, especially for trips to Narita via NE'X at Yokohama station. The place is described as a boutique hotel, but to me it felt more like a B&B without breakfast. And with little soundproofing and lively surroundings, it can be noisy until 2-3am. The listing says it sleeps 5-9 and suggests it's best for six, but four people with luggage already fill the space. You'll be choosing between sleeping, relaxing, and unpacking. There's no real living room: two bedrooms have floor beds, and there's another bedroom or very small sitting area plus a tiny open kitchen. It could work for one night with no more than four people if you want to avoid feeling cramped. You could technically fit nine for sleeping, but there'd be no room for anything else.
