Breakfast is adequate, though it caters to the Japanese market rather than Europeans, and it may or may not be included depending on what you book. Check the different room types carefully when booking online. The rooms are clean and tidy, with a range of complimentary items I haven’t seen in Western hotels. We stayed a few nights while traveling around Japan. It’s not especially well placed for the usual tourist sights, but there are two train stations nearby, one about a 100-metre walk and the other around 500 metres.

The room was spotless, and breakfast was a nice bonus. The staff were exceptional in helping us despite the English/Japanese language barrier. It’s a great location for Yokohama sights, with easy walking and public transport options. Thank you!

I had a pleasant stay, with very friendly and helpful front desk staff and delicious breakfast. The bathroom amenities were arranged nicely, but there was only one toilet paper roll in my room and it was almost used up. I also found some dirt in the bathtub and quite a few small hairs in the bathroom. I hope the cleaning is a bit more thorough next time.

The service was amazing, the location was great, and breakfast was great too. The bed was one of the most uncomfortable I’ve slept on, which is the only reason I can’t give five stars. If you can get a pad for it or something, it’d be perfect.

Breakfast was underwhelming at best, and the beds are a bit hard. WiFi interference is crazy, making Bluetooth devices flaky. Every room has its own WiFi, and it’s quite slow, possibly because of all the interference. The hotel would be a million times better with one WiFi network and several repeaters on each floor.
