The room felt a little dated and had a slight musty smell, probably because it’s so tightly sealed, but the bed was roomy, the bathroom was spacious, and it was quiet enough to sleep comfortably. For the price, I thought the service was excellent value. I booked through Booking.com and called when I arrived. They told me to go to the shutter by my room number. It opened so I could park inside, which was especially handy in the rain, and then I could come and go from the room freely. Dinner was included, with up to two extra dishes available by phone. The TV also let me order other complimentary items. It’s a good idea to book breakfast along with dinner. Since I ordered two extra dinner dishes, two breakfasts came too: rice, miso soup, and salmon fillets for two. It was quite a generous meal, and apparently you can leave the dishes after eating. Thanks for a comfortable stay!

The room was great, with a sauna and full air conditioning and heating. The smell bothered me a little, but I still thought it was a great place.

I stayed on my own for work and had a really good time. It felt more comfortable than a low-end business hotel, with plenty of coffee and tea, free welcome items, and dinner and breakfast included. If you check in early, you can get nuggets for 50 yen. There’s unlimited movie viewing, a massage chair, and a TV and jacuzzi in the bath. It is definitely a love hotel, so take care if you booked through another website, though these days people use places like this for girls’ get-togethers too, so the uses have broadened.

The welcome extras are a big part of the appeal. There are soft drinks and alcohol, plus a 500 yen discount ticket, and even a set of appetizers. I got the Monday-only set meal shown in the photo for 500 yen. The steak set came with two layers of meat, and everything I tried was delicious. For the free breakfast, you can pick Japanese or Western style. It felt like a lot for the price.
