The food was delicious, and the staff were helpful. It’s a nice onsen hotel in a convenient spot.

They’ve recently renovated it, and it’s super friendly for dogs.

We had a happy, comfortable day here with our two Chihuahuas and my husband. It’s one of the few places where dogs can sleep with you, which made the stay especially fun. The staff were so kind to our dogs, even when they barked, and I felt the whole inn was very dog-friendly. There’s a dog washing area by the entrance. In the halls, they provide towels, wet wipes, paper towels, trash cans, and lint rollers, which made things feel easy and reassuring. We asked for two cages in our room, and they prepared beds, toilet sheets, towels, wipes, spray bottles, double-lidded bins, and water and food bowls for both dogs. Human amenities were there too, and the hairdryer seemed fairly new, so I think women would be comfortable as well. They also had lotion and other toiletries, though we didn’t use them. They even brought the dog’s cake to our room after we forgot to bring it. When they came to lay out the futons, they’d tucked some dog toys inside, which was so heartwarming. It was a truly wonderful trip.

The hot springs helped clear up my acne, and both the room and dog run were clean. The breakfast and dinner buffets were such fun, especially since we could bring our dog along. They even had chicken breast for dogs. I get hives when I’m away from my dog, so being able to eat together was the best. All the staff were so kind, and they decorated the place for my birthday. That was really sweet. Definitely going back! 🐶♨️
