We enjoyed the comfortable lobby and overall atmosphere for a short stay, and the twin room and bathroom were clean. Breakfast had plenty of choice; the miso vegetable soup and rice were delicious, and there were little sausages, tamago, and more. The coffee tasted pleasant, though I’d have liked it a bit stronger. The breakfast staff on Tuesday 3/12/24 were so cheerful 😄. The reception lady was helpful, spoke a little English, and assisted us with the check-in machine. It’s a very convenient location for our first stay in Yonezawa, just a short uncovered walk from the JR station, though that walk could be very cold in winter. There’s also a huge 24-hour supermarket opposite.

Hello, I stayed in Room 202 yesterday, 8/21, and checked out this morning. I found that my child's quilt was left behind, but I’ve already gone to Fukushima Toyokoinn today. Could you please keep it for us? We’ll come back to pick it up tomorrow, 8/23. I’d be very grateful.

I was here for one night on a business trip. It’s a convenient place to stay and has what you need in the area, though it isn’t luxurious. Getting there is easy, with a simple walk from the train station. The bed was a bit hard but comfortable enough, and breakfast was nice with lots of choices. There’s a washer and dryer in the lobby.

The cleaning schedule is really inconvenient. Guests have to be out from 10 to 16:00, a full six hours, and I don’t understand what we’re supposed to do during that time. We left the room at 12, but were told they wouldn’t clean it. They were cleaning the other rooms right in front of ours. When we asked them to at least leave the bed sheets so we could do it ourselves, they didn’t even say they would. It felt rude and was a real hassle.
