The rooms don’t have their own toilet or bathroom, and the hotel’s only bathroom was closed for maintenance on Sunday, so I couldn’t shower or bathe. There was no water available anywhere, just a fridge with beer for sale. Dinner was good, but breakfast was missing some of the main things. The rental gear was really poor, and there was a used mask in the jacket pocket. Everything else might have been okay, but I wouldn’t come back.

The food is home-cooked and really, really good, and the people here are so nice and helpful. There’s a toilet in the room. If you’re skiing in Naeba, they rent skis and snowboards for much less than places outside. Highly recommend!

I stayed here with my friends from tokyo snow club. The rooms were somewhere in the middle, neither great nor terrible, but the staff really made the place for us. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and kind, and that matters a lot. We had a great dinner, too. Highly recommend it.
