The kitchen was well equipped, and the onsen bath was large and nice. The room itself was all right, but there was construction outside the window, so it got noisy during the day and the view was quite compromised. Getting in and out was tricky because there were three different door codes for three doors. Reception seemed to be on the third floor, but there was nobody there. We couldn’t call the number because we didn’t have a Japanese phone, so a construction worker, I think, kindly called someone for us. It took a while, but eventually we got through and checked in by phone. I probably wouldn’t stay again.

I stayed from mid-July to the end of August 2024, and the place was pleasant for everyday living. It’s surrounded by nature, with toys, books, and vending machines in the entrance area. Sometimes someone left vegetables and snacks by the elevator, and the building manager was happy to receive online shopping packages if you let them know. The apartment building sits at the top of a long hill. My spacious apartment was a 1LDK, with one bedroom, living room, dining room, and kitchen. The bathroom and toilet were together, and the kitchen was just inside the entrance. There was a TV and air conditioning. A coin laundry is on the fifth floor; the first floor has a hot spring bath, with the sauna on the left side and its location changing daily, plus a gym. I look forward to staying again. m(_ _)m

I own a room here because the manager is so kind and amazing. The natural hot springs are open almost 24 hours a day, so I can get away from Tokyo and wait quietly for the coronavirus pandemic to pass.
