It’s quiet here, and the gazebos are kept very clean and in good shape. You don’t have to call out for service either, each round table has a counter bell.

The rooms are alright, but there’s no TV if you want to watch your favorite soap or sports. Breakfast was badly made and not enjoyable.

Parking is ample, and service is quick. Each table has a bell to call the waitress, which is handy. CMR is the best resort in Ugunja, where you can eat, drink, and sleep. I’d give it six stars.

The rooms are spacious, very clean, and the staff are courteous. The meals are tasty too. I’d recommend this as the best hotel in Ugunja for anyone in town or nearby.

It’s along the Kisumu-Busia highway in Ugunja town, and for the area it offers fair service compared with most nearby places. Seems fine for a short stopover, and worth a try if you’re in town.
