I stayed here on August 17, 2025, after a friend recommended it. She'd only eaten there and hadn't spent the night. I wish I'd read the reviews first. The rooms were okay, but the service was terrible. I'd booked days ahead, yet there was no hot water in the shower when I arrived. The supervisor was the worst, and he seemed drunk. The women tried to help, but there wasn't much they could do. I only got hot water the next morning, after paying 3500. It wasn't worth it. I called the manager, but he didn't even check whether the problem had been fixed.

The waiters came across as arrogant and weren't helpful, and breakfast wasn't ready on time. Everything felt disorganized, with poor service throughout. I had a really bad stay and wouldn't recommend the hotel to anyone.

There’s plenty of space in the rooms, and the customer service is friendly. I’ll probably come back.

It was really quiet in the rooms, and they’re spacious too, with a fridge and air conditioning. The staff kept checking whether they could help and were very friendly. There’s a restaurant, a bar area, outdoor seating, and a pool, and the hotel is close to the border.

The restaurant and bar area are great, and the staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are below average. I suppose that’s what you might expect from a hotel in this area, but it’s still worth mentioning.
