Being connected to Rupa Mall is a big convenience, with shopping and amenities close by. The food was another highlight: a varied breakfast buffet and tasty choices for lunch and dinner. I also really liked the well-equipped fitness area on the 8th floor. The Eka Hotel at Rupa Mall feels like an oasis in the desert. The quality is clear as soon as you arrive, and the rooms are genuinely five-star. There’s impressive attention to detail in the bathroom, especially the huge shower and its excellent waterfall head. It’s a lovely way to start the day. Highly recommended for a visit to Eldoret.

I hardly ever write reviews, but I had such a good stay that I had to share. The rooms were extremely clean and fresh, and the bed was so comfortable that I got a deep night’s sleep for the first time in ages. The blackout curtains helped, and I was told the rooms are soundproof, which may have added to the peaceful rest. I left feeling like I’d shed all my 2025 stress and had the boost I needed to start 2026 rested. The hotel is inside a mall, so the shopping is downstairs, and the kitchen runs 24 hours. We checked in late and could still get a delicious meal. One thing that can be confusing is that the hotel lobby is on the 3rd floor, then the 4th floor has a sort of lobby area you walk through to reach your room. That nighttime walk felt magical, though, and the little light on the room number made me smile. The shower had great pressure and hit all the right spots. I love sandalwood, and their shower gel smelled so good. Eka hotel, you won me over with the cleanliness, hospitality, and freshness of the rooms. I’m a happy customer. It was worth every penny, ticked all my boxes, and gave me peace of mind. I’ll come back for a longer rest.

I travel all the time, and staying at Eka Hotel Eldoret with my family was a wonderful experience that exceeded what we expected. The rooms were comfortable, well maintained, and felt very secure, which gave us peace of mind. I also loved the interior, which is modern, warm, and welcoming. For the service, atmosphere, and overall quality, it’s excellent value. I’d happily stay again and recommend it for family trips or business travel.

The rooms are excellent, and the staff are friendly. There’s good food, and the place is accessible to all the amenities you might need. It was a good spot to relax and enjoy the quiet, if that’s what you’re after.

The room was spacious and had a contemporary design, and the location next to Rupa mall is excellent. There are two hotel restaurants as well. We had a leaky shower head, though, and it still hadn’t been fixed the day after I reported it. I reminded reception again when checking out so the next guest wouldn’t have to deal with the leak and wet floor. We also wanted room service but got unclear directions. The hotel is great, though the service could improve.
