Gracemont Guesthouse

There's room to unwind outside on the neat lawns, and the staff are welcoming and quick to help. The rooms are roomy, with hot showers and a kettle plus tea, coffee, milk, and sugar. Breakfast has plenty of good options. The TV and other in-room entertainment could use an upgrade.

The breakfast is made to order, and they had passion fruit every morning. When the internet gave me trouble, they brought a signal booster to my room and fixed it. The place isn't especially elegant, but the staff made my stay a pleasure. I was glad I stayed here instead of the fancy European/American-style hotel across the street.

The service was right on point, and my family found their rooms quiet and well kept. The whole property had just finished an upgrade in the last few months, and the prices at their current level are a steal.

I've been to Gracemont three times now, and it's been consistently wonderful. Every suite has its own layout, but they're all very spacious. Francis, Flora, John, and the rest of the staff are so warm and really go out of their way to make your stay pleasant. The chef can really cook, too!
