The receptionist, Mercy, looked after our team really well and dealt with all our issues. She'd reserve rooms for us, and during our time in Embu the place felt like home. The rooms were clean and spacious, with hot showers.

It's just okay. The place is quiet, tucked into a ghetto-like area with a bunch of guest houses around. Down Town stands out as the first among equals.

Right in the center of Embu town, this is an affordable guest house with rooms that are classy without being too classy. A good place to spend the night.
