It’s a peaceful setting that works well for family meetings, but the hotel needs to improve both customer service and speed to reach its potential. We waited a full two hours for a simple cup of coffee.

The sewer problem made the place so smelly that we couldn’t even eat. Also, while my friend was out getting clothes to change into, room attendants stole 2,000kes from his trouser. Baaad!

The rooms are spacious and neat, and there’s plenty of secure parking. Meals are available to order. The swimming pool is shared with panesic hotel, which is the alcohol-free version of prime.

It’s a moderately rated hotel on the outskirts of Embu. There are conference rooms and room service, along with recreational activities.

The manager needs to be easy to identify and available, because right now there’s nobody to report a problem to besides the person serving you. If your goat goes missing, how are you meant to solve it by reporting it to that same person? Poor managerial supervision.
