The team really made our stay. Everyone was so friendly and ready to help, and there was wildlife around the grounds too. The monkeys wandering freely were cute, though a little cheeky. Our garden room was a good size, with a very comfortable bed, a roomy bathroom, tea-making supplies, and a mini fridge. There was always plenty of food to choose from, and we never went hungry. The grounds and shared spaces were kept immaculate, including the toilets. We enjoyed the infinity pool, and there were always enough loungers. There are three pools in total, one arranged in three cascading levels, and all were spotless. A few things sit outside the all-inclusive package: the ice cream truck, health bar, two à la carte restaurants, and branded spirits on the premium drinks list. We wouldn't have used the à la carte options anyway, and we're not big drinkers, so that wasn't a deal breaker. Still, it's not a fully all-inclusive resort. We stayed five nights after a safari and would happily return if we get the chance. It was one of the best resorts we've stayed at.

The views are beautiful and the resort feels so peaceful. Facilities were fantastic, and the staff were very friendly. Chris at the pool bar brought such positive energy that he made my day, and David gave us a warm welcome at the entrance.

The room was spacious and comfortable, and we got a good welcome. The pools are very good, and there are plenty of staff around. Desserts were disappointing, though that was true of every hotel on our tour. Also, the all-inclusive deal still charges you to use the gym, which seems odd. Watch out for beach bandits trying to drain your wallet. At meals, make sure someone stays at the table or the staff may give it away. Apart from that, it was an okay to good stay at an above-average hotel.

We spent two lovely weeks here over Christmas and New Year, and leaving made me cry. The property is wonderful, and the service and people were so good that I want to come back next Christmas with my cousins. All the off-site activities can be arranged through the hotel, too. A special thank you to Ms. Irene Odundo. Her professionalism, manner, and conversations really stayed with us. My regards to the whole team. I'd recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to experience a real taste of Kenya.

Mohammad and Jane were my tour guides, and I learned a lot from them. The whole resort has a lovely ambience, and the staff are so friendly. I also loved the activities, especially the energetic dance crew. It's a wonderful place, and I'll definitely come back 🫶
