Breakfast was really good, and there’s lots of room. They also hold events regularly, which gives Soul Breeze a nice atmosphere. I enjoyed my stay, though the reception staff didn’t feel as friendly or welcoming as I expected. Aside from that, I was glad to be there. It’s a beautiful place I’d still recommend.

A relaxed, family-friendly place right on the beach, with a lively bar, ocean-facing seats, and live music on weekends. The calamari I had was perfect. Compared with some other seedy spots in Diani, where paedos and very young girls are lurking, this place feels much more welcoming.

The way a business treats its employees says a lot about it. One staff member had a fire incident and was later beaten by a client, but hotel management didn’t offer any help. They’re abusive to the staff. I’m giving one star only because I can’t give zero.

The gym is awesome, and the restaurant food is good. Our first room had a bit of a smell, but the staff were friendly and let us switch rooms straight away.

The breakfast is a joke, with armies of flies coming from the kitchen area while you try to eat. It makes you wonder about the hygiene there. The pools are shallow and misty, and the place in general feels outdated and neglected. It seems pretty clear the owners are cashing the place out, which is a pity.
