The WiFi is good, and swimming costs 500kes. I didn't stay in the rooms, so I can't speak to them. There is potential here, but meal portions can be small, and the coffee is nicely brewed some days and not so good on others. My chicken curry was a small serving, and the biggest disappointment was the broken rice, the lowest grade you can buy in Kenya, at a premium hotel price. If they sort these things out, I think the place could do well.

The staff were amazing, from the gate right through to the poolside. The location is convenient, there's ample parking, and you can call ahead and pay to reserve a meal. The food was okay, and compared with hotels in Homa Bay and the surrounding area, the layout is amazing. The pool isn't heated, so I didn't swim. I'll come back with a full review and recommendations after I've had the complete experience.

The rooftop restaurant has lake views, though not every room does. My room was clean, the food was good, and the staff were friendly and happy to help. I had a nice time.
