The pool is good, but it needs regular cleaning. They don't offer everything listed on the menu, and the services and quality could use some improvement and improvising.

It's easy to reach by road, and the rooms are very affordable. The service is great.

The pool is large enough for a good workout. For an overnight stay, this is a decent hotel at a very good price, with comfortable beds and mosquito nets. Since it's in a hot area, though, there are no fans or air conditioning in the rooms. The instant shower in my room wasn't working.

It's about a 10 minute walk to Lake Victoria, which is a plus. The rooms are well equipped and ventilated, and the place is nice. The pool needs cleaning, and they could do better with the food.

I was there for a conference and only got a look at the rooms, which seemed nice, about average. The fish was good, though the food portion was a bit small. That may have been down to what the organizer paid for. The swimming pool is one of the biggest I've seen for a hotel in this class. They should add a lift for the conference hall on the 4th floor.
