The ride to the airport was really nice, and the drivers were professional. At the landmark hotel in isiolo, we enjoyed the delicious meals and cool breeze, and the guest rooms were beautiful and very clean. The customer service was at a high level, thumbs up. I really enjoyed staying there and will be back. Thanks!

I've never stayed here. Some people online approached me and offered to pay me to give this hotel a 5 star rating with an excellent review. It makes me wonder how many 5 star reviews on this platform came about that way.

I'm here now, and as an experienced traveller, I'm very disappointed. The place is clean and quiet, and looks like a 3-4 star hotel, but that's pretty much it. My room had no floor towel, so I slipped badly after my shower and it hurt like hell. Ladies, there's no bag in the rooms for disposing of sanitary towels, so you'll have to walk out carrying them. *sigh, should I go on? I'd rather sleep somewhere else tonight.

It's conveniently located close to Isiolo CBD, with good, spacious rooms and access to the gym and workout area. There's ample secure parking, and the place is excellent for conferences, meetings, and events in general. The service still has room for improvement.
