The rooms are spacious and good, and the location is strategic. They provide hot water, a heater, and coffee, which makes it easy to have tea in the room. The staff hospitality was not bad. There were also some real problems. The internet was poor, and the bathrooms were inefficient and very slippery. The tiles could make you break your back if you weren't careful. We were bitten by mosquitoes too, the rooms were full of them. The food wasn't good: the fish I ordered had been in the fridge too long and had no taste, and one of the boiled eggs at breakfast wasn't cooked through, with liquid still inside.

I was looking forward to visiting the restaurant because the menu was meters long. I tried twice to chat, as they offered, and got no response. What kind of service is that? The promotion made it look different, but this is typical Kenyan. All show!

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout, and the service was professional. The conference venue had good equipment and a great atmosphere for learning and networking. We also enjoyed delicious meals, with comfort and hospitality all around.

Chef Praveen Rawat was accommodating, and the paneer labadar was a 10/10. The food was excellent, the best I've had in Kenya so far. A must-visit for a meal.
