Breakfast was awful, especially the stale sausage, and one of the sheets had a burn in it that kept scratching me. The mattress felt as hard as wood, and mosquitoes bit us all night. The windows had no metal bars, which felt like a serious security risk. This was my worst experience. Go at your own risk.

We were told to ask for the hot shower to be switched on, but even after asking, we still had cold showers in the morning. Breakfast never came, and the welcome at the front desk was cold too. All of it left a bad impression and felt like a con.

We had to wait half an hour just to find someone to check us out, and the team handling my complaint was unprofessional. They started blaming us, saying, "you were undercharged." The staff were rude, and the room was poor value. Breakfast was only chapati, cabbage, and eggs, with none of the variety promised at check-in. I booked one night and regret coming. You pay for bed and breakfast, but I didn't see value for money. Visit at your own risk. 😕

The grand look can be misleading. Deluxe rooms are okay, but the economy rooms are in awful condition and have water damage. The food is terrible too. Management doesn't listen to feedback, and when I complained, they treated it like hostility and answered arrogantly.
