Management ignored the serious concerns we brought up, and we had a very bad experience here. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

The setting and spacious, well-secured parking were a joy, and I loved this place. Our rooms were roomy and tidy, and the warm showers made me even happier. Service was superb, with staff who were organized, caring, and always industrious. The security was capable too.

We spent a week here and didn't have a disappointing day. The food was tasty, and the staff were friendly and hard-working. It's a quiet, beautiful place, and my husband and I found it comfortable. I'd recommend it to anyone looking for a hotel with good food, friendly service, and a lovely setting while visiting Kitui.

The gardens are well maintained, and the setting is peaceful and quiet. Excellent service.

I hope they improve both the menu and the service. At the restaurant, the wait for food was an hour, and takeaway came with an extra Ksh 100 charge for a carrier bag. The Margheritta Pizza was mostly dough and onions, with little tomato sauce or cheese. The fish in breadcrumbs was pretty average, and the tartar sauce turned out to be plain mayonnaise.
