For an overnight stop while travelling, it's a recommendation. The service was courteous, the place is affordable, and the rooms are okay. Our chips and steak arrived cold at first, though, and the meat was tough. The food needs better preparation.

Affordable accommodation right by the main Karatina Nairobi road. There's a club on the first floor. It draws more old school folks than genz, and the music is good. The soundproofing works so well you can barely hear the club a few feet outside.
