The rooms are dark, with poor lighting, and the beddings were only moderately clean. At 4k, I was surprised to get a bed without breakfast. The price seemed fair for the location, but the hotel doesn’t provide towels. It looks good, though the receptionist on duty between 3pm and 8pm on 20th Feb 2026 greeted us with a really negative attitude.

Trotters feels like a second home, with kind staff and a quiet, peaceful atmosphere. The delicious food is another highlight, with meals you’ll want to taste.

The outdoor area has a great atmosphere, and the kids’ play area is affordable and keeps them occupied. Inside, though, the restaurant feels worn and needs renovation. The washrooms were very dirty and had no handwash. Staff weren’t professional, the food took forever, and when it finally arrived it was cold. For a hotel right by the highway, they could do much better. I had a terrible experience.
