The main issue was the noise. Music blared at the beach, by the pool, and even inside my room, so there was no way to relax during the stay. When I brought it up, staff more or less laughed it off. The food wasn't very good either, and service was slow despite the place not being crowded. Apart from those problems, everything was OK.

There could be a good place here if it were looked after properly, but I had a lot of problems. The sign sent me in the opposite direction. I checked every room for better bedding, but found stained sheets and covers in all of them, some possibly bloodstained or simply poorly washed; the bedding also had rips and holes. The bathrooms weren't clean, some repair work was poorly finished, and water was a problem. Some rooms had no TV, I couldn't get halal breakfast, and the garden wasn't maintained.

The garden is a nice spot for some quiet time. Rooms are clean and the rates are very reasonable. It's in the Jogoo area, about five minutes from kisii town.

We had a great time here. The ambience is lovely, and the rooms are clean and tidy. It seems like a nice private venue for birthdays, baby showers, weddings, or other events. 10 stars from me, kudos alexandria.

This place could be a three-star spot if they brought in someone to handle maintenance. It's good now, but they seem to be letting it run down.
