Diplozz Resort Kisii

It's a decent place, though it's in town and there's a lot of noice. I still enjoyed my stay.

I never used to take the earlier reviews seriously, but after experiencing it myself, I had to leave a negative one for the first time. My stay at Diplozz Kisii was one of the worst I've had. The room setup made no sense, with 17 pillows dumped on one bed, and the service was terrible. The manager was extremely rude and unprofessional, and I don't think he deserves the title. There seems to be no proper supervision or hospitality training. The place is run in a very kienyeji way, with a clear lack of ethics. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone, not even my enemy. Unless the owner reads these reviews and things change, I think the business could collapse in the next few months or years. Anyone planning to stay would be better off at a BnB or somewhere similar.

We got dinner at the restaurant quite late, so there weren't many options, but the service was quick. The food was really good.

This hotel doesn't deserve a star. My experience was the worst I've had in years, with no real customer service at all. Staff were extremely unprofessional. The manager seemed incompetent and rude, and appeared to lead by creating fear among staff. There was little candor and a general lack of ethics. The current manager is a rather elderly man and needs to be retired.
