I loved the range of food and drinks available at Hotel Itoya, you just have to ask. We had pizza one day and it was really tasty, and the breakfast had an impressive selection of delicious options. The room was very clean, and the staff were friendly, respectful, and always ready to help. My room also had a fantastic view, with a sunset to watch every day. The hotel is beautiful and good value for money, and its spot by the main road near the border makes it easy to get to. The lifts weren’t working, but since the building isn’t very tall, it wasn’t a big problem. It’s a fantastic place, and I honestly can’t wait to return to Busia!

Hotel Itoya has a sleek lobby, contemporary decor, and curated artwork that give it an inviting, understated sense of luxury. Its rooms, gourmet dining, conference facilities, and business services seem suited to both leisure and business visitors, with comfort and convenience in mind. The hotel also presents itself as a place to experience local culture, through art exhibitions, food, and cultural programs that highlight the area’s heritage and traditions. Set in a lively urban landscape where tradition meets modernity, it aims to combine sophistication, comfort, and local character. It comes across as more than an ordinary hotel, bringing hospitality, culture, and luxury together in a way that can connect and inspire people.

I didn’t like that they didn’t have PDQ for payments.
