10/10
The welcoming waitresses make you feel at home, and their service is friendly, attentive, and professional. I also found the hotel’s space calm and well kept, a nice setting to meet friends, have a quiet meal, or simply relax. The layout and décor make it feel inviting. The meals and hot drinks are reasonably priced, the servings are generous, and the food is good. There’s something on the menu whether you want a full meal or just tea or coffee. Hotel Double N is also conveniently set along the highway, so it’s easy to reach for travelers and locals. It offers rooms as well, a convenient, cozy option for a business trip, short visit, or rest stop in Kisumu. It’s a good place to stop for a meal or stay, and I’d recommend it for the food, service, and accommodation.

The rooms are great, though they can feel pretty hot even with the fan on.
