I was asked to leave the pool while swimming with a minor because I had on a singlet. There was no notice saying clients needed particular swimwear, which is poor communication from the hotel. If this keeps happening, you could lose loyal customers. Please make the rules clear to both online guests and walk-ins.

The pool is clean and a good size, with the deep end around 5 feet. It works for both adults and kids.

The rooms are reasonably priced, and the staff were amazing. It's also easy to get around from here: I got off at guardian and reached the hotel in under three minutes. Malls and a supermarket are nearby.

My room was neat, and the staff were very polite. I couldn't get hot water during my stay, though. The hotel is close to the bus station and nearby places to eat, but there was a lot of construction around it when I visited. It also has a large pool that's open to the public.

The pool was nice and cool, and the hospitality and customer care were both really good.
