Clean rooms with everything you need, excellent food, and friendly, attentive staff. The value for money was excellent too. Five stars, Mzungu proved!

The price is easy on the pocket, and the rooms were clean, but the bar inside the hotel made things noisy at night. Staff didn't seem to understand how to handle clients. Everything was made to order, so food took an hour. Tea and coffee came much faster. The wait staff also didn't know what was in stock and had to check in the kitchen before advising me what to order.

My stay at Lila Hotel was incredibly good. When we were booking, they communicated promptly and replied to messages quickly, which I appreciate after being let down by other hotels when trying to reach them. Beryl at reception was rare and charming, like an angel. She gave us an impeccable welcome alongside Mr Frank from Navy Seal Security. I honor you both, and wish Beryl success beyond imagining. I don't mean to compare myself with Christopher Columbus, but I understand his reputation came chiefly from his speedy voyages. I had a wonderful experience here too.

I enjoyed staying at Lila Hotel. The rooms were really comfortable, and the bar had plenty to choose from at affordable prices.
