We liked the warm shower and the water bottles left in the room each evening. The room was comfortable and clean, and the fan helped. We couldn’t get onto the balcony because its door wouldn’t unlock. The hotel’s close to two malls, about a 20-minute walk from the nearest one, with plenty of bodas and tuk-tuks around. One of the malls has KFC, Java House, and Carrefour. The location is good, though the hotel sits beside Kisumu’s busiest road.

There are spacious rooms, comfortable beds, TVs, and free WiFi, plus halls for conferences, seminars, and meetings. From the rooftop you can see Kisumu. It’s a cool place, and the fish and other dishes are prepared really well.

The staff are friendly, always smiling, and ready to help. The rooms are well kept, and the meals are well prepared. There’s also a nice bar upstairs.

The rooms feel luxurious, and I think this is the nicest hotel in town. Its location also puts you close to Kisumu’s key spots.
