The rooms were excellent and the food was top notch. The location is easy to reach and away from the traffic.

A warm, friendly team and budget friendly rates make this a good spot for conferences in Kisumu.

A nice place, and I really liked the service from both reception and the restaurant.

The room was cramped, the TV was about the size of a laptop, and the washroom had no door. Winnie lied to us about everything, and the customer service was bad. I wouldn't recommend it. Honesty matters in customer service, and Winnie didn't show it.

It's easy to get to, quiet, and right within Kisumu city, with a great ambience. The professional, friendly staff served very good food, and the conference facilities were very good. The executive rooms were excellent too. Parking inside the hotel compound was the one challenge, as space was limited.
