Our stay felt majestic. The lake view was good, the food was impeccable, and the service was too. The modern rooms were lovely, the hotel was clean, and the showers worked well. One section could use better noise reduction at night.

The rooftop bar has a stunning lake view, and the food options were good and freshly prepared. Breakfast, though, was quite limited. The rooms and beds were clean and comfortable, and the price felt like good value for a stay in Kisumu. Staff were welcoming, attentive, and helpful from the security team at the entrance onwards, which made everything easy. A lovely hotel in the heart of the city.

The hotel is downtown but quiet, and the staff were welcoming and hospitable. The rooms are good, though the standard one felt a bit tiny for the price. I could see myself staying here again.

Business travellers will find the location convenient, and the rooftop bar is a great place for football fans. The standard room felt cramped for the price, and there wasn't even a kettle to make tea. Breakfast also had very little variety.

The room was very clean, but tiny for the rate, about 3/5. Breakfast gets 2/5 from me, there wasn't much variety. The service was 0/5. I felt there was a lot of discrimination, especially from staff following instructions from their manager about how to treat a client. As a repeat customer, I was disappointed with my stay. Please don't reply with a generic response. Do better.
