I spent 5 days there and couldn't get any zero sugar soda. The Ugali was undercooked throughout, and the chapati was 'sugarful'. Most of the service is handled by students, while management is very unresponsive. This is a pathetic disaster in the name of a hotel.

They got my order wrong, and the cost was way over my budget, which ruined my day. When I asked them to fix it, they made it even worse. Poor customer service. I don't recommend it.

Meetings and conferences would work well here, and the relaxed atmosphere makes it a good place to stay too. Cranes Suites Hotel (Kittony Heights) has spacious, clean rooms with artistic décor, plus secure parking. Its central Kitale location is very convenient. I really enjoyed my stay and would recommend it to anyone visiting Kitale.

A great place to take a break while travelling through western. The rooms and service were lovely, and you're close to social amenities, banks, and even the Kitale Club for golf. Highly recommend it.
