The food cost a lot for the quality and portion size, and they charged KES 250 for room service, which felt absurd. I wouldn't recommend spending money on a booking here. It's not far from Nairobi, but I had a really bad stay: mosquitoes kept me awake all night, the window wouldn't shut properly, there was no water in the toilet, and the shower was cold.

Shem and his team have given us excellent service and amenities every time we've worked with Crescent Resort and Conference Centre to host international guests. We've done this more than once through Sikhona Rescue Centre, and I can't recommend them highly enough!

The location, reception, and fantastic parking were all highlights. I also liked the comfortable sitting area by the pool and the music selection. My room had the smallest bed I've slept on in over 30 years, and it squeaked and seemed half broken. A colleague I was with was mishandled over food, and the breakfast was miserable. The room rates were misleading too, since they only explained that breakfast cost extra after I'd paid for the room. That's all for now.
