The rooms and cottages are roomy and have a bit of luxury, and the property itself is lovely. Staff, including Mr. Joseph and Mr. Kwagi, were friendly, easy to approach, and helpful. The food menu is small, but what we tried tasted excellent. The internet was down for two days, though. The property is very large and has no buggies, and there’s no transport service for tourists.

The staff made us feel at home on our three-night mother-daughter trip to Naivasha. They were welcoming and often offered help before we even asked, and the chef was happy to prepare whatever guests preferred. The food was good too. The lodge is spread out, scenic, and peaceful, with spacious, well-equipped rooms. Choosing it was a great decision, and it was hard to leave. We’ll definitely return.

The staff were excellent during our week here as a base for the WRC Safari Rally race. We liked the rooms, food, and bar, and the Wi-Fi worked well. Just be aware that walking from some rooms to the restaurant is quite a hike.

The pool and restaurant were nice, and you get a glimpse of the lake. The staff were good too. But the place is a long way from everywhere, and its stone buildings with shared bedrooms felt odd to me. Not my kind of place.

The jacuzzi in our room was dirty and unacceptable. There was also a strong urine smell throughout the hotel. It felt neglected and disorganized, more like a desert than a properly managed hotel.
