The rooms are spotless, and the customer service is excellent.

The service was good, and I liked the clean, comfortable rooms and the sense of security. The buildings look old, though, and could use some improvement in appearance. Still, it's the best hotel in mlolongo.

All the staff were so friendly and helpful, and the room was clean with free WiFi and breakfast included. I was only there for one night because of my flight from Nairobi Airport. The concierge arranged an airport taxi for $10 at any time. The nearby restaurant is worth trying too. The food was delicious, and the waitresses were friendly. I'd happily come back and recommend this place.

I haven't eaten here, but the service was good and the rooms looked okay from the outside. They were neat and roomy, with an ensuite hot shower, WiFi, and a TV, making the place convenient for travellers. Rates range from 1800/- to 2700/-, and the beddings come in different colors. Highly recommended.

While I was having a refreshment, police raided the place on May 15. It seemed they might not have been compliant with regulations. It was a scary experience, and one attendant was taken away with a crate of beer.
