A privately run airport hotel about 20 minutes from JKIA, in a gated residential area. The Google Maps pin is right. The staff are friendly and will make breakfast, with eggs cooked a few ways, fruit, juice, and tea or coffee. A nice option if you’d rather not pay for one of the big-name airport hotels.

It’s close to the airport yet still very quiet. A good place to stay overnight before heading to the airport, and I can definitely recommend it.

Pauline was extra nice and polite while serving breakfast, which was great. The rooms were spacious, clean, comfortable, and really quiet. Christine was just as welcoming when we checked in around 10pm, greeting us with a smile and no complaints about the late arrival. The customer service made us feel at home, and I’d definitely come back.

The staff were great and I had a good stay, but the location is a dealbreaker for me. The access road is worse than Maasai Mara, and even though the hotel is near the airport, getting there takes almost 30 minutes. The bed wasn’t good, and the room could use freshening up. I wouldn’t return unless the road gets fixed.

I haven’t stayed at this hotel and never will. A friend visited last week and says hotel staff robbed her. Laptops were missing from the safe she had locked, and other belongings had disappeared from her luggage. When she told the owner, she felt the owner was involved. The owner claimed my friend hadn’t locked the safe, although we all know a master key can open safes. There’s also a camera in the hotel that could have helped clear up what happened, but the owner told police it didn’t work. That feels unsafe. Between the theft allegation and the dirty sheets, I’d advise people to stay away. I plan to spread the word.
